Cecily all the way. (m)

There's nothing objectionable about Cassandra, and the nickname Cassie is cute. However, it's becoming dated and has the potential to be a so-called "Mom Name" very soon.
Carmen would be alluringly mysterious to me, if I didn't see "Car Men" every time I read it.
And Casey... well, I used to really like Casey as a masculine name, though now I'm more or less indifferent.
That leaves Cecily, a childhood favorite. I've always preferred it to the more popular Cecilia (too frilly for my tastes).
