I used to not like it, but this is one of those rare instances where I actually met someone with a name and changed my view. I have a work friend named Asa, he's Mennonite. He is so nice. I don't like the name as much as other old-time Bible names like Noah or Jeremiah, but I think it's a lot more handsome than I did before.It does kind of make me think of this rhyme I remember chanting for jump rope or something: I saw Esau kissing Kate, and Esau saw that I saw Esau kissing Kate.
You could have lots of fun if you added Asa to this mix, and Lisa, and pizza and eat some ...Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
