I would pick Mae Evangeline and call her Maisie as a nickname. Maisie is a lovely name, but I know a Maisie who finds it too cutesy and wishes she had a more sophisticated name to choose from. Mae would be the perfect adult form.

Personally, I’d go with Maisie. I’d probably spell it as Maisy, but it’s a wonderful name! You could also use Mae as a nickname for Maisie. Though, you couldn’t go wrong with Maisie or Mae.

Mae > Maisie, but Maisie Evangeline > Mae Evangeline.

Mae, but prefer May.

Both are nice. I think Mae flows better

Both combos are lovely, but I think I prefer the sound of Mae Evangeline.

I prefer Mae, though I think Maisie would be a cute nick name for Mae.
