I think it's incredibly ugly. It feels elderly, lugubrious, and curmudgeonly. One of the names I don't see the appeal of in the slightest.

Otis Redding? Waygood Otis? Ln of a phys-ed teacher, back in the day? I find it unattractive. If it's a family name, then as a mn it would be fine.

I think it’s super ugly on a real human, alright for a character, really cute for a cat.

Learned to love this name recently, truly find it charming, a retro gem.
As for possible sibs, Otis Benedict, Eliza Josephine, Joseph Abel.

As for the middle name, maybe Otis Walter? And for siblings, I'd name the sister something like Lily Madeline

I like it, but I prefer Otto. I think it goes well with Kit and Mabel.

I guess it's an okay name but all I can think of is that tiktok where a daschund named Otis locked his human out of a car. Hilarious, but maybe a bit too hilarious, I feel like I would need a moment to get over it if I ever met an Otis.
