Andromeda
Hello! How do you like the name Andromeda (pronounced An-dro-med-uh). I personally like it better than Andrea.“The more times and the more different things you do, the more likely it is that you succeed.” -Brian Tracy

I actually prefer Andrea. Andromeda seems too long and too associated with the galaxy to me. The thoughts of the galaxy will collide with Milky Way still haunts me.

Andromeda was s top 3 choice for us when we had Theodora. I still love it. It’s got history, substance, strength, and a ton of great nicknames. I always pictured myself calling her “Miss Droma (Drama)” if she acted up. We ultimately decided to go with Theodora because it had all that plus a family connection. Plus with a name like Andromeda it’s a little tougher if you turn out quiet and shy.

I don't really like Andromeda. It suits perfectly a sci-fi or fantasy literary character (there's at least one already: Andromeda Tonks, from Harry Potter) but I don't think it's usable on a real person. I like Andrea better but the possible use of the nicknames Andy or Andie (Andie is kinda cute, but still) makes me not want to use it.

I don't like Andrea, but I love Andromeda. It has that extra bit of flair, whereas Andrea is drab and dull. I like the fact that it's a galaxy and a constellation, because I love space and space names, and also that it's a character from Greek mythology, because I am a classics nerd. It may be a bit out-there to use irl, though. And the only nickname I can think of is Andie, which really doesn't live up to the full name in bold beauty.

Ugh, Andromeda nicknamed Andy would be outrageous!

I really like Andromeda. It's grand and beautiful, bht it feels strong and down to earth (ironically). I say it as Ann-DRO-mid-uh. O like in 'oscar'.

I do like Andromeda a lot, definitely prefer it over Andrea. I don't know how usable it is irl, but for a literary character it's an amazing name.

It’s pretty, definitely better than Andrea. I wouldn’t use it in real life though.
