I used to like it very much, but it bores me now. I love the unrelated but similar Sophronia.

Only as a nn for Sophia. Even then, my nn of choice is Fia, pronounced like Fire without the r.

It's okay, but I prefer Sophia. Sophie could be the nickname for Sophia though. I like Sophie Annabelle and Sophie Wren the most from your list.

Sophie is too overused for my liking, although I do like the sound/flow of it.
