Most of my great-grandparents got new names after they immigrated to the United States. Here are some of the names, with original/birth names for the ones I remember:
Etya (unsure of the transliteration), Lillian, Lena (possibly not her birth name), & Bertha
Lev or Leib (possibly Yehuda Leib), Yosef, Herman (not his birth name), & Avrum
I don't really feel comfortable putting my grandparents' names on a public forum along with their parents' names, but here are their Hebrew names (used pretty much just for religious purposes): Tamar, Leah, Yisrael, Ben-Zion
