It just sounds manly.

Pierce doesn't sound great on either gender. For a spikey guilty pleasure name, I prefer Briar, which seems fairly unisex. Bracken is fun but more boyish.

I’m not a fan of this name, personally. The word itself doesn’t bring to mind any positive associations for me. Perhaps Pierson? I’ve seen that being used as an androgynous name.

No please! I think it sounds ridiculous and very pretentious whether it's boy-on-girl or girl-on-boy. Like the parents are expecting a baby from opposite gender.I also don't like Pierce as a name at all, much prefer Pierre. Pierce sounds edgy and ugly. Pierre is French, which I like.

What an appalling idea.

I don’t care for it on a boy either.

Pierce does not work on a girl. It just doesn’t.

I'm just not a fan of the name Pierce, sorry. In general I am all for de-gendering names, though.

Tbh, I don’t even like this name on a boy.
