Belinda
I first came across the name Belinda in a book I had when I around 2 or 3. The book was called Belinda’s Balloon by Emilie Boon. Belinda was a white baby bear and she had an older sister called Lucy. What do you think of Belinda? Do you think it works well in a set with Lucy?

Well, I think Belinda is pretty! I don’t think it receives enough attention. Belinda and Lucy aren’t bad together, but idk. I’d probably choose a different name for a sister. Maybe Cynthia? This being said, I love the name Lucy. It sounds very cheerful and friendly. If not only Lucy, I like it short for Lucinda and Lucille.

I want to like it but cannot because it reminds me of "blind her" - just can't shake that association off. I actually find B girl names very difficult. My favourite is Brianna but usually I prefer traditional names.
Belinda and Lucy have different "feels" to me but go together well enough.

I actually like Belinda, it was on my PNL at some point. It’s the name of my mums colleague who’s a really lovely woman. It goes so well with Lucy! I’d love to meet a little Belinda.

I always wanted a Lucy daughter, but it never happened. No more babies for me, but given the chance, maybe Lucy would really have happened. I went to have an eye test yesterday, and the receptionist's name was Belinda. It's really uncommon where I live; when I was at school someone's younger sister was Belinda and she was the cutest thing, huge blue eyes and tousled curls. Her sister was Philippa, nn Pippa, and I've always had Pippa and Belinda in my head as a good sibset, but Lucy and Belinda would be wondrous; dainty and elegant!

The singer Belinda springs to mind. It feels pretty retro due to that. Kinda cute though.

Oh I love it. It's whimsical enough to be likeable but not weird. I think it suits Lucy really well!
