I'm guessing DANyee but perhaps I'm thinking in French, like the -gn- in champagne. The meaning is very good, much nicer than yawny Dawn, but it'd be a bit of a pain having to explain the pronunciation on a daily basis, whatever it might be.
I like Sandy very much for a boy and not very much at all for a girl. Scout - ho-hum, another pair of literate parents - and Hannah isn't a favourite at all.
