Given that I'm near a very large Polish community, I'm surprised I haven't seen this name in real life. I have, however, encountered several Nadias/Nadyas and a couple Nadejdas, more common among other Slavic people (there's a growing Ukrainian population in the same area).
That said... it's not bad, and it has an "ay-uh" ending that's sort of trendy; but I think Nadezhda is far prettier.

You probably haven't seen it because it's not a very common name among Poles. I've lived in Poland for thirty years and I've never met one in person. However, recently a Polish celebrity couple named their daughter that so I expect it to climb up the ranks pretty quickly.
