Elowen
Last night I dreamt about having a little girl with this name, and that it had entered the popularity charts. Realistically, I don't think I would actually use it, although I do find it gorgeous. Part of that reason is that it would likely get shortened to "Ellie" and as much as I don't mind Ellie, I can't really see any of my kids actually being called that. Far too similar to my sister's nickname as well. Perhaps as a potential middle name however.
WDYT? Do you think it will someday enter the charts? I keep thinking it will for several years now, but I think that might just be wistful thinking now.

I really love this name, and would totally use it. At first, I pronounced it ELL-o-wen, and really had to adapt to "el-LOW-en" per the Welsh pronunciation. I actually like both pronunciations, and given that I think the US inclination would be to pronounce it incorrectly from it's origin, I would be hesitant to use it. (Also, I don't have any Welsh background). I think Ellie is a cute nickname, but so many names can be Ellie. Other nicknames: El, Lowie, Winnie, Wendy?
It's pretty.
I wouldn't mind it entering the charts I don't think it will ever be in the top 20 even though I could be wrong.
Yes, it will definitely get more popular, isn't it #1 among nameberry users? It is huge in the instagram community.
Might get shortened but maybe not. It only has two syllables. Ellie is cute.
The thing I find difficult is that the original pr. emphasizes the second syllable and I find that hard to say. I prefer ELL-o-wen.
If you want less common: Éowyn or Eilonwy.

I love Elowen. I wouldn't be suprised if it became popular.
I think the name Elowen sounds very whimsical. I wouldn’t be surprised if new parents gave it attention!
I think it’s beautiful, I’ve always loved it.
I think it's gorgeous. It might well climb the charts, due to its stylistic similarity to LOTR names.
