Re: Esther
Lily Anthea is, on its face, a pretty combo. I'm just trying to ignore how it etymologically means "Lily flower." :-PEsther is awesome, and I wish this name got more love. I remember being a teenager when I went to Disney World for the first time, and a woman taking my ticket for something (can't remember) had an Esther nametag. I mentioned liking her name, and her eyes genuinely brightened up. She was maybe late 30s, early 40s, and as soon as she opened her mouth you could hear Noo Yawk, but she thanked me and said nobody ever told her they liked her name. She even added the anecdote, "The other day somebody actually told me, 'Oh, I just named my cat Esther!'" (And then she rolled her eyes dramatically, which made me laugh. But seriously, why would you tell somebody that you gave your cat their name.)***Please rate my personal name lists:www.behindthename.com/pnl/69381
