I like Teddy only as a nickname. Theodore is much better on its own (and while I don't like Edward, I think it's better than using the nickname Teddy on its own)

Remy I don't associate with vintage names only because the literal only Remy I've ever heard is the rat from Ratatouille and I'm going to be honest, I thought it was made up for the character
Since you tagged unisex, I will note only the unisex names I like;
Billie / Billy short for William and Wilhelmina
Alex / Alexie / Alexei / Alexis etc short for Alexander and Alexandra
Jules maybe? I prefer it as a boys name, but I've heard it as a short form of Julia / Julie
