I’m not a fan because it reminds me of a Chrysler Pacifica. It could make an interesting middle name, though.

I like it. It's unique.

Pacifica is the name of the spoiled rich girl from Gravity Falls. In my mind it is associated exclusively with her.

I think Marina or something else would be better if you want an ocean-inspired name.

There are many better names to do with the ocean, such as Marina, Marisol, Miriam, Mary, Marnie etc. Also this sounds a bit like Pacifier.

It makes me think of the car model.

Oceana is better imo for sea related names, or Maris, Marisol, Mira, Marina, Marissa, Nerissa, Naia, Rosemary, Asherah, etc.

I second your associations. Pacifica is a very pretty name and would make a good middle name, imo. I think it sounds a bit too much like the Pacific Ocean to be a first name, though (plus I can't think of any nicknames), so I wouldn't use it, but go ahead if it floats your boat. I really like it.
