Maribel Eva (although maybe that sounds too much like Mara Believer in some accents)Marigold is a beautiful word, and I like the flower, but the only time I've ever known it to be a human name was Edith's daughter on Downton Abbey. But I've known two dogs and a cat named Marigold, so I think that's why it seems more like a pet name to me. No reason not to use it as a baby name, but if I were choosing between the two, I would choose Maribel. (Even Maribelle, despite disliking the frilly spelling.)
