Lacey and Lacy
Wdyt? I love it! Soo delicate. I think of ribbons and curtains.

My cousin is named Lacey and that’s delicate, ribbons and lace was probably what her parents were thinking and she’s anything but. She looks it. She’s 19 and barely over 5 foot and weighs about 100 pounds, but she’s a professional welder and a double black belt who can easily take down her 6 foot 3 inch, older brother and then return to her sparkly bedroom. She’s something else. So now I when I think of Lacey, I think of a tiny warrior princess.
I sort of like it. I know a Lacey. It's a very cutesy name but not too frilly (even though it should be frilly since it's lace!)
Lacy makes more sense because that's how you spell the adjective, but Lacey looks better to me as a name.

Huh .. I think of a sort of cowgirl-style. Like something that is laced up. But also slightly of the word 'lacy' - meaning delicate and decorative.
It's alright. Not my style soundwise, not enough gravity in the sound - it's like Lucy that way. But it's not bad. It's kinda like Tracey, to me, a neutral surname name, but more consciously-feminine because of the association with "lace".
