I think that they’re fine together! Neither name would be my first pick, but they’re cool names.

They don’t really go together. They’re both extremely modern sounding, but Juniper makes me think of hippie stuff while Zion makes me think of a futuristic cyberpunk dude. Personally, I like Juniper a lot better than Zion although it’s not really my favorite. The sound is just kind of unpleasant to me, but I can see why it’s good.

Speaking as a practicing Christian, I've always found the use of the name Zion as rather odd. The religious connotation to me is overwhelming. Moreover, before its current rise, I saw it used far more regularly as a girl's name than a boy's. I don't really get it.
