Legendary Love Cannon (Cannon is the surname).
My own associations:
Moroccan Scott - is he from Morocco or Scotland or both? (it just reminds me of a description of someone's nationality, only with a spelling error). Moroccan Cannon also sounds like, well, a cannon from Morocco.
Monroe - I think this is okay sound-wise but Marilyn Monroe's fate was so sad and as far as I know she hated her name so it feels odd.
Zillion Heir - this is so bad it's funny.
Zion Mixolydian - sounds like a drug.
Golden Sagon - it sounds like Golden Saigon which sounds like an old vietnamese restaurant.
Powerful Queen - so bad and they call her Pow :(
Zen - dislike but it's not as bad as most of the others.
Legendary Love - sounds like a porn star, especially with the surname Cannon. Or like a description of a penis :(

Morroccan Scott: I don't like Morroccan. But I do like its possible NNs like Rock, Rocky, Rocco, or even Morry. :) I really like Scott too! As a whole, its an odd combination. I'd go by Scott or Scotty.
I like Monroe, but for boys mostly. The Marilyn association makes me kind of sad - its no disrespect to her, I just know that she died unhappy.

Zion Mixolydian: i like musical names, but i'm just now finding out what a mixolydian is. He could've gone with Lydian, Lyric, Harper...anything. I do like Zion, although it does seem very religious.
Golden Sagon: I have no opinion on Sagon except that it seems to be Javanese custom. Maybe it meant something different to the parents. Golden is not that strange. Goldy could be a cute nickname, I guess.
Powerful Queen: Queen on its own is alright, but an adjective name like Powerful is too much. A lot to live up to. Its good to empower your children but I would personally hate having to be "powerful" in public to avoid making my celebritiy parents look bad.
I like Zen a lot! Its also a Japanese name, unrelated to the English name -mostly.
Legendary Love: It sounds very, very cheesy. Legend could've been enough, although that is too extreme for me. Love is a good nickname, but kind of feminine for a guy. I didn't think of anything innapropriate when I read the full name. I thought of compassion, but I understand why others didn't. "Cannon" can sound really different depending on the context.
All in all, Nick Cannon and his partners are very flamboyant with their naming styles. I know that their children can accomplish great things, but I hope that they won't feel pressured to be what their names are. Nick's intentions were good, but these names could've been rethought.

Now, I normally try not to become to extreme with my opinions. However, I genuinely agree with every response here. I’m not a fan of any of the names. I do think the name Zion sounds pretty cool, though. Monroe also isn’t completely horrible, but it’s not my cup of tea.
Regardless, congratulations on their new kid. I honestly hope that kid loves his name and doesn’t feel embarrassed.

I read that as "legendary lover" at first and was mortified, calmed down a tiny but when I saw Love not Lover, then was mortified once again when I remembered that his surname is still Cannon. Legendary Love Cannon sounds like an erotic-themed t-shirt cannon for Bachelorette parties 😆 lmao

These are all really bad. Monroe is the only one I can tolerate, the rest is just awful, especially with his last name. Powerful Cannon? Legendary Cannon? Poor kids.

Moroccan is pretty sure was chosen because Mariah had a room in her house dedicated to Moroccan designs. So I guess she just has an appreciation for it. Scott is Nick’s middle name, so nothing new or surprising there. It’s decent, I do like the nickname Rock or Rocky and at least he can go by Scott if he thinks it’s that bad when he’s older.

Nicholas Cage named his son Pilot Inspektor so not it's not the worst thing I've ever heard. It's in the same category or Brynleigh, Brixley, Kunneaghlee and what have you!

Of all the times to pull Nick Cannon aside and ask if he really wants to give his kid this name, and suggest that he name his kid literally anything else... this was the time to do it.

I agree. At least Pilot Inspektor is not a sexual name. I'd rather be Pilot than Legendary (which is just embarrassing if you are not exactly legendary).

Moroccan is, apparently, named for the morocco style decor in the room where he proposed to Mariah.

As with the style of the others it's over the top and rather punny, but at least they're going with Legend as a nickname which is gaining in popularity (probably thanks to John Legend, not a bad association). It's also a bit much, but at least he will be in company with other little Legends of the future.

I'm sorry, I keep coming back to the fact that he named his child Powerful Queen and the call her "Pow."

It's actually pretty mainstream compared to some of the others (Moroccan, Mixolydian, Powerful, Zillion Heir). Legend is #118 and rising here...about like Zion but sounds less polarizing.
I like Love as a MN, and I think Pow is a cute NN actually.
Golden Sagon does look like it could be a restaurant name.
