On first glance, I'd say MY-ruh, with the first syllable rhyming with "lye." And with that pronunciation, I don't mind Meira terribly--it looks a far sight better than Myra.
I like MEER-uh, but I'd spell it Mira or Meera only. Meira is too ambiguous.
