I like both Adella and Adela, though I prefer the latter. Lovely name.

I think Adela looks simpler, but Adella might be clearer for pronunciation purposes. Some people might think Adela is said like the start of Adelaide "ADD-ella" instead of "add-ELL-a"

It's not my taste. I confused it with Adelia. I prefer the Adela spelling, better the Adele version, like the singer.
