Clovis
I think this name is terrible, but don't let my opinion get in the way of yours. What do you think of Clovis? What would you use as a middle name?I'll go with something equally ugly like...Clovis Garth. Why not?

I agree, it's pretty bad. The first thing I think of is the Clovis people/culture. The next thing I think of is an old lady whose parents wanted to give her a cool name but missed the mark.

This is awful, but it sounds like a body part to me. Or rather, a body part split and defined by tight pants. In other words, a camel toe.

To me this brings to mind a rather elegant prehistoric projectile point it iS not something I even really think of as a given name so am fairly neutral about it. Rather like Garth btw...Might team Clovis with something French like Levant

I think it's got the same kind of vibe as Claude, Cletus, Elvis, Otis. I associate cloven hooves, cloves, and Padme's scheming ex. I think it's one of the better funky sounding antique names, or at least, more sophisticated seeming than Clover or Cleon, even though it's not fashionable currently. I definitely prefer it to Bevis.Clovis Tenzin
