Alexia and Juliana
I've been thinking about these names recently, I think there a qutie nice sibset only problem is I'm worried Alexia sounds like Dislexia(sp?) people in my area are quite low and would tease people for that even if they were teasing someone way more smarter than them.
With Juliana I think I've taken a like for all Jul- names. Juliet, Julia, Juliana Lol, all except Julie.
Anyway love to know what you think.

Alexia is a disease, not dyslexia. It's the inablility to read. "Alexia, or "word blindness", is an acquired type of sensory aphasia where trauma to the brain causes a patient to lose the ability to read." (from Wikipedia). Also, it's really trendy.
Juliana is fine. I prefer Julia(not that I'm biased...) and Juliet.

Can't say I like Alexia... would point out the meaning but that's already been done. I even like Alexis better even though it's common. I like Juliana and Julieanne (sp??) but none of the other Jul names. The other ones I think are too plain and overused. Love Jules as a nickname and Juliana and Julianne (sp??) could both be shortened to julie or julia as nicknames
Alexia is a word in its own right, that describes someone with an inability to understand written language. Yes, similar to dyslexia; they come from the same root word. How common this world is to the general population, I don't know. As an optometrist, I'm certainly familiar with the term and to me, Alexia seems like a very ignorant and inappropriate name. I think it's awful.

Juliana is ok, I prefer Julia though. Juliana is a little fussy and frilly imo. Julia has more of a simple, classic beauty.

Juliana and Alexia both come off as extremely yuppie to me, so I'm afraid I can offer no love for either. Besides that, alexia is a reading disorder in itself, caused by brain damage--not just soundalike to dyslexia.
I have a weakness for Alexa (though I hate to admit it, lol!), though, and Alexina is really pretty, too. I prefer Julanne, Julianne, Julia, Julissa, etc, all to Juliana. (I even like Juliet better, and I don't like Juliet at all!)

Alexia is okay, prefer Alexa. I love Julianna though, but I love all Jul- names also. I love Julianna because it kinds of wraps all of them up into one name, the others could serve as nn's.
