I pronounce it as Rose-AH-lien. Like they did in the Romeo and Juliet movie. Rosaline is pretty enough. It’s a nice name that I can consider.

It reminds me of the character in Romeo and Juliet, who isn't very thrilling as she remains unseen in the play itself. I prefer the similar and equally Shakespearean Rosalind - it has more personality. Wikipedia says Rosaline is pronounced RAHZ-ə-lien, which I dislike - I much prefer RO-zə-leen.

I prefer Rosaline over Rosalind, the d feels too harsh to me when present. Idky people don't like Rosaline as is more. I pronounce it roz-ah-lynn

I think it's lovely. I intuitively pronounce it like Caroline or Adeline but also enjoy the "leen" pronunciation.

I like this spelling the most, it's more name-y and more feminine. Plus, it has that common -line suffix.I pronounce it RO-sa-leen.
