I was going to make a post about this name! :) I just named my daughter this (born last week) but we keep changing our minds about the spelling! I really like the s spelling but I’m concerned she would spend her life saying “Elisabeth with an s” to people.

So far we haven’t decided on a nn but I think she might suit Betsy or Beth. My husband prefers Elsie but that’s quite popular here in the UK.
