Baby sister for Jesse & Caleb
We’re expecting baby #3 and will wait to find out if baby is a boy or girl until he or she arrives. We’ve settled on a boy name (Isaac) but can’t settle on one for a girl. I like:
Samantha
Rhiannon
RachelHusband likes:
Emily
Amie
ClaireBig brothers are Jesse and Caleb. Any suggestions?

Maybe a 2 syllable name. Claire or Emily. Rachel sounds to fancy compared to Jesse and Caleb.

I prefer Rachel and Emily from your lists, but Emily has been too popular and Rachel seems over the hill. Certainly stay with your biblical theme: I suggest Talitha (not Tabitha!) for its distinctive, stylish look and sound, and because it was adopted as a kind of slogan by Victorian feminists! When Jesus restored a girl to life, he said in Aramaic 'Talitha, cumi' (Little girl, get up), and this became the name of many girls' schools, women's clubs and societies etc as well as a personal name. If you prefer two syllables, what about Dinah? Beautiful, and more interesting than Diana.Amy or Clare (or Amie or Claire, but I prefer the other versions) would make a good middle name.

All lovely biblical names, so that would seem the most fitting. Rachel is the only one mentioned that would fit the bill, but it perhaps seems a bit “dated”. Other suggestions are Eve (obviously, since she would be your first daughter), Hannah, Naomi, Jemimah, Keziah, Esther, Elizabeth, Ruth, Abigail, Tabitha, Phoebe, Adah, Zoe, Chloe, Vashti, Hadassah, Mary, Martha, Miriam, Bethany, Bethel, Eden, Shiloh, Petra, Lydia and Abilene. Other names that could work that have biblical connotations are Lily, Rose, Pearl, Olive, more nature names like that. Depends what you’re after I guess.

Lydia
Micaiah
Miriam

Maybw you should continue the hebrew biblical theme, with something like Hannah, Rachel or Elizabeth.
