I think it's really pretty, and it reminds me of springtime, which is my favorite season after winter. But I like Avril better.

I like i April, but April Lily is just cheesy.

I think I might prefer Avril slightly, but April is very sweet. It's very sunny and approachable. April is an awful month where I'm from, but the word itself still conjures up images of a fresh spring day. It makes me think of daffodils especially.

I've had 2 pretty good friends named April and one close acquaintance.
All were extroverted & good-humored. Not boring. So I think that is why I have a great impression of April. I don't think I would like the name April otherwise, because it starts with ape. One of my friends April was facetiously called Apie by some of her other friends. Which was funny/ironic, not insulting.
Avril seems to me like a dodge of the "ape" sound if used by people who don't speak French, and also it seems celebrityish because of Avril Lavigne, and I don't love it. It's okay.
April Lily is sweet, but I wouldn't do that stuttery thing with the consecutive sounds, it'd bother me if it was my name. Maybe April Violet or April Jacinta, if I had to make a combo with a floral name.

I like both April & Avril. Abril, not do much.

I think it's very pretty, and really has spring-like, flowery vibes. I don't think a floral mn works too well, it usually ends up sounding like a fabric softener.
