Re: Cassandra and Kassandra
Meh. They’re okay. I never cared for Cassandra but it’s not a bad name. Kinda pretty if anything. I would prefer Alexandra though. I know a woman by the name of Kassandra and I don’t have the best association with it. I like both spelling equally. If I were forced to name a daughter Cassandra I guess I’d choose that spelling. And yes, the mythological association are quite depressing but hey, that’s Mythology for you. Even my name is a little weird. I can’t say it’s dated because it was never THAT popular, but it’s does have a sprinkle of dated to it. I would pair Cassandra with something Mythological as well. If not maybe a bit more spunky though...Cassandra Cleo
Cassandra Elowen
Cassandra Louise
Cassandra Inez
Cassandra Vivienne
Cassandra Daphne
Cassandra Opal
Cassandra Ariadne
Cassandra Danaë
Cassandra Saoirse
Cassandra Deirdre
Cassandra Nimue
