Name of the Day: Rhiannon
Today's name of the day is Rhiannon.
I go back and forth with this name. Sometimes I think it's stunningly magical. Other times, I find that the softness of all the consonants run into each other and create mishmash (same thing happens with Aurora).
Anyway, wdyt?

It reminds too much of Rihanna. I like it but I wouldn't use.
I love it. I like a lot of Welsh names.
It was such a popular name choice here (UK) in the 1990s that I actually know more people with the name Rhiannon than I do Elizabeth or Katherine.
I think Rhiannon is easier to say than Aurora, I get stuck on all the Rs.
Most Rhiannon's I know go by their full name, one goes be Rhea.
I know another Sian Elizabeth Rhiannon, who goes exclusively by Rhiannon.
I think it's a friendly and pretty name. I really like it on other people and think it deserves its popularity. I'm surprised it never caught on in the US.
