Clarimond
What do you think of the name Clarimond? (https://www.behindthename.com/name/clarimond/submitted)I came across it in one of the name banks in Ari's royal congrats on the games board. (This one: https://www.behindthename.com/bb/game/5351399). I found myself instantly liking it. It has a very medieval feel that I enjoy, and seems like a combination of Claribel and Rosamond, both of which I like. What would you pair it with? Would you pick any nicknames?*LISTEN TO THE MUSTN'TS

Well, some time ago Clarimond and its variations caught my attention... So, I've got Claremonde on my PNL))
Clarimond, hm, I'd definitely call her Clare.

I agree that it's clumsy but glorious. Clarimond Emilia and Clarimond Iris are divine.*

I like it. It's kind of super fusty and clunky and over-the-top and yet so rarely used that it's got this kinda sparkly mystique to it. I really, really, really dislike (and cannot use anyway) Claire/Clare/etc. so I would probably use it as a middle name or not go with any nicknames, which isn't ideal with such a clunky name (people will want to abbreviate it somehow). Clarimond sounds like the name of a rebellious young woman roaming a decrepit mansion estate, clawing at her physical and social restrictions because she's brilliant and wild and wants more than this, and she's also named also some prim and proper great aunt who wanted none of that nonsense - think Fuchsia from Gormenghast.Combos:Adhara Clarimond

I love your description of a Clarimond! I agree with you. Your combos are great too; I particularly like Adhara Clarimond and Clarimond Hermione.*

It sounds unisex or masculine. I like Clare and Clair but not Rosamond, so Clarimond doesn't really do it for me.

It's okay but it's so weird in my opinion.

I like it very much. I know it's etymologically feminine, but it sounds pretty androgynous to me.Clarimond Alazne
