I really like Alina, but prefer the spelling Alena, Aaliyah, Athena, Elizabeth, Esmeralda, Eva, Evangeline, Genevieve (my favorite), Mary, Maria, Milena, Natasha, Natalia, Olivia, Ophelia, Rosaria, Seraphina, Serena, Sophia and Sofia, Stella, Veronica, Valentina, Vivienne, Zaria and Zenaida. A lot of the rest are nice too. There are only a few I don’t like.

I starred the ones I think are beautiful. Those aren't necessarily the ones I like most - I enjoy Beatrix very much, but I think it's more handsome than beautiful. Likewise, I wouldn't use Angelina, as it isn't my style, but I still think it's a beautiful name. I included a middle name for each.

Alina: pale and spectral. In the famous Polish romantic drama Balladyna, Alina is the titular character's sister, and gets brutally murdered over a pail of raspberries. I prefer Adelina - equally lacy and youthful, but more grounded, less waning. Or Helena - equally ethereal, but more memorable. Or Malina - equally Slavic, and means raspberry, so it reminds me of the story.
Aleida: mature and melodious and medieval. This has similar vibes to Eliza. I like the sound, but not so much the look. I prefer the related Alida and Adelheid. Or, since I'm feeling kree8yve today, Adelayde. Alina Lilias.
Aaliyah: very strongly associated with the singer, and the number of vowels gives me a headache. I prefer the sleeker Alia - though I'd pronounce that A-lee-a. Aaliyah Salome.
Amélie: mellifluous, but a bit too strongly associated with the quirky movie heroine. Amélie Wallis.
Athena: far inferior to Minerva. It has this unhealthy, oily sheen to it. Athena Hyacinth.
Alethea: alright if it's a-leh-THEE-a, dreadful if it's a-LEE-thee-a. Either way, it sounds like Alicia with a lisp. I far prefer Verity. Alethea Rachel.

I believe that Alina, Aaliyah, Athena, Cleo, Celia, Esmeralda, Hermione, Liora, Leona, Lydia, Natalia, Olivia, Ophelia, Rosaria, Seraphina, Serena , Sophia/ Sofia, Stella, Valentina are indeed beautiful. The rest are just okay, or I do not like them.
