1. If you had twins today (Whatever gender you want), what would you name them?
Frida & Emil
Nathan & Matias
Alexandria & Natalie
2. Would you ever give your first name as a child’s middle name?
No
3. If not, what about your middle name as your son/daughters middle name as well?
Still no)
4. You are forced to give your son a feminine name, and you daughter a masculine one. What are their names? (You can add a middle name)
Endellion Maylis for a boy and
Adalia Leolin for a girl.
5. Do you prefer names with history to it or is it completely coincidental?
Coincidental, I guess)
6. Does a name not being ‘genuine’ enough bother you?
Not at all!
7. How do you feel about accents with names? Would you ever use a name with one? (Ex: Chloë, Renée, Anaïs.)
I adore these quirky little things, they could be quite useful (pronunciation-wise, I mean, at least in French).
Maëlle, Élodie, Ĉiela
8. What do you think of names with different spelling from the original?
It depends, really. For example, I prefer Kallisto to Callisto, but, if I'm not mistaken, Kallisto is closer to the original spelling, etc.
9. Do you like nicknames for your child or even yourself? Or do you prefer the full name?
I slightly prefer full names.
10. Has the pandemic changed your taste in names?
Not at all.
11. You and your partner just chose the name for your child. You both love it and have no doubts in mind. Your entire family hates it. Do you still keep the name?
Well, if my twin brother does hate it, I can reconsider.
12. What is one name that’s popular you actually think deserves it’s time in the light? It can be one for a boy and one for a girl.
Evelyn and Emil.
13. What is one baby name tradition or trend that you don’t like? It can be anything.
I used to find honouring names extremely overestimated and old-fashioned, now I'm absolutely ok with them.
14. What (type) name automatically makes you (Or would make you?) lose respect for a parent?
I don't judge people, not that easily.
Frida & Emil
Nathan & Matias
Alexandria & Natalie
