Erica here!

Erica isn't one of my favorite names, but it's also far from the worst one to have. I definitely feel like an Erica, if that makes sense - it's a fairly "pink" name, but not too dainty / frilly / princess-y (despite being three syllables). The main thing that made it semi-annoying to grow up with was the fact that it was always misspelled as Erika, for some reason (and funnily enough, each Erika I've met had their name always misspelled Erica, so I guess we just can't win). Of the two spellings I prefer my own, if for no other reason than Erica is very easy to sign in cursive, and the middle K wouldn't be as sleek.
Most of the Ericas / Erikas I've met, if I learned their middle name then it was a simple one like mine: Jane, Lynn, Marie, Rose (mine)... But if I were to make a new combo with my own name, I think I'd go against the grain a little:
Erica Josephine
Erica Willow
Erica Scarlett
Erica Marguerite
Erica Marjorie
Erica Beatrice / Erica Beatrix
Erica Louise (okay, this one is pretty basic)
Erica Valentine
Erica Simone
