I LOVE Jesse Nehemiah. Elfan Iestyn is interesting, I like it. Gwendoline Ruby, yes, I like. Olive Annie (as is popular opinion) I think would be better switched, or Annie replaced with Anne. Overall, your ancestors were good at naming people lol.

Jesse Nehemiah is handsome.
I like Elfan. It's mystical. I don't know how to say Iestyn.
I'm fond of ruby but not Gwendoline. I do like it more than Gwendolyn spelling, though.
Olive Annie shoulve been Olive Anna, Anna Olive or Annie Olive in my opinion.
They're not bad.

Gwendolyn Ruby seems like it's from this time period. So fairly timeless. A descendant could lift that from the records that anytime for real life babies.

I noticed in my own family tree that Annie seemed to be more preferable than Anne as a middle name back then. I have no proof of course but maybe it was a trend before it develops into Anne/Ann?

Jesse Nehemiah is pretty cool, I like that combo a lot.
Elfan Iestyn is not for me, don’t really like it.
Gwendoline Ruby is not bad. I love Ruby, but not a huge fan of Gwendoline.
Olive Annie is very cute, very sweet. Although I’d prefer Annie Olive.
