I'm not crazy about the spelling or the sound.
I want to like it, but there's something a little nefarious sounding about it. I think it's sad + cipher + hive.
I think it's funny the modern version is the one that looks more complicated in English, from Sadb to Sadhbh, but maybe it's easier to pronounce.
I'd probably like it if I met one.

Well sive does give me quiet and doe like imagery comparable to that of a deer. I wouldn't want to be a deer out of fear of being hunted. My America ears and eyes struggle with Irish spellings but I could like it on a theoretical level, yes. Mythology names are usually a fun bonus for many things.
