Gabriel and Lucian
I am name crushing hard on Gabriel and Lucian. What do you think of these two names?
Do they work together as a sibset? Which one is best if I combined them? Lucian Gabriel or Gabriel Lucian? Thanks :)Mother of Elisabeth Frida

I like both and I love them together. They sound elegant and a little mysterious. Together they make me think of stone castles and tarnished armor.
Gabriel is common but I love how pretty it sounds as a full name (I just hate Gabe). Lucian is cool and not as common. I've only met 2 people with that name (and even then it wasn't quite the same name because one was a LOO-shen and one was a LOO-see-en).
Lucian Gabriel is better than Gabriel Lucian because it avoids the double L and the nickname Gabe.ETA other names I think would go with them as a set:
Dorian
Damian
Nathaniel
Oleander
Wilhelm
Parsifal
Draven
Romulus
Cerdic
Cedric
Edric
Cosimo
Osmund
Osric
Gideon
Laurence
Leofric
Simeon
Micah
Antonio
Desmond
Demetrius
Alastor
Alasdair
Alastair
Alessandro
Eliseo
Malachi
Victor
Vincent
Vincenzo
Tristan
Caspian
Casimir

I'm going against the grain. I think they are both terrible. Lucian is slightly better than Gabriel.

They are good, solid names and quite handsome. They go great together as a sibset imo. My combo preference is Lucian Gabriel.

Love both names, they work as a sib set. Prefer Gabriel Lucian if you are using both names on one kid.

Thanks :) That’s my favourite combo of the two names too

Gabriel is very respectable but...Average? I've met a million Gabriels and now the name has become synonymous for forget-abilitiy.
Lucien is deservingly charming, but wins the lottery for the most edgy name still in use. When I first heard the name Lucien, I immediately thought of Lucifer. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it came off as so incredibly obvious for me, that it ruined the name.

Oh, that’s interesting to me!! None of the names are common in my country. Thanks for replying :)

both sound great, and I'd go with Gabriel Lucian since Gabriel is a bit more normal
