I've heard of it as uh-lee-shuh (mildly pretty, but bland) and uh-lee-see-uh (which is absolutely beautiful).

I hate it for personal reasons. uh-lee-sah.

In my area, it’s pronounced uh-LISH-uh. I don’t like it to begin with, but it’s also extremely dated. I much prefer Alice.

I've only ever heard it pronounced uhLISHuh. I would gladly use either Alice or Alison, but faux-Latin doesn't appeal.

I really like it, though maybe it’s a bit dated in the English speaking world?
