I’ve always thought Leilani was a beautiful name. I can’t remember how I first came to hear the name, but I know I’ve loved it since I was a child. As for combos, I think there are lots of names that pair well with it. Some that I particularly like, off the top of my head are Summer Leilani, Leilani Ruth, Leilani Elizabeth, Leilani Jane, Leilani Belle, Nava Leilani, Leilani Mae, Cleo Leilani, Eve Leilani and Amara Leilani.
