In the time and region I grew up in, I remember it was considered a major inconvenience to have an accent in your name because it was difficult to write it in computer software and online paperwork etc. A couple of my childhood classmates had accents in their names and they just had to go without them most times. It's easier now in the present but the idea of accent marks is still a turn off to me now because of it. I do really like Esme though. One of my top choices in shorter female names even.Please rate my "Names I would Use" list & "Backup Favorites" list. Feel free to rate some of my other lists too if you have the time.
