2: it's alright.
3: it was on a downwards trend but was still in the top 1000, I think.

5: yes, from time to time.
6: occasionally.
7: I've met a few, most of whom seem to be a decade or two older than me.
8: Yes, I sometimes wish it was something that wasn't as easily confused with other names (if somebody forgets my name or misheard it, they always assume it's Irene or Karen or something.)
9: never had a nickname.
10: I've had a few people unironically think that my name is Aaron.
