I'm not the biggest fan but I don't hate it either. I think it goes best with a simple middle name such as Marie, Pearl, Rose, etc.

It's a bit clunky but I do like it. I know of one that goes by Magda, though if I had been her mom I would have probably gone with Maggie. I'm rather fond of the idea of a Magdalena that goes by Maggie.

I really like Magdalena. It's elegant and international.

I think it is biblical character on new testament Mary Magdalene. I absolutely love because it's very beautiful and elegant. Reminds me this song sounds like Macarena XD

I find Magdalena too long, and the rhythm is heavy and clumsy. I like Magdalen, but probably only as a mn.
