There are a lot of Japanese names that I like, but I suspect that some of them might be seen as dated or not usable by a modern Japanese person. It may be worth looking into what names would have been popular the year that the characters were born or to make note of or mention in the story that one character has a really old-fashioned name.

Amaterasu - love it, but I don't believe that god/goddess names are used as first names in Japan.

Hotaru
Izanami - another goddess name, so probably not usable in Japan.

Ritsuko
Shizuka
