Whenever I hear this name I always think of "ray of" because of the little girl in my community named Raya Light (a play on Ray of Light). I really feel complexed on if I find this awkwardly cute or just cringe worthy. If it had a different middle I would be more open I think. I'd avoid Raya Leona it sounds too much like Ray Liotta. Of your ideas I think I like Raya Daphne best.
