I just googled it and their 18th child was Jordyn-Grace Makiya. I don't mind Jordan, even though I slightly prefer it on a boy, and Jordane on a girl is fine but I dislike Jordyn. It looks weird hyphenated with Grace. Makiya is Micaiah, I guess? Wish they would have used the original spelling. Jordane Micaiah Grace or Jordan Grace Micaiah or anything along those lines would have been fine.I can't believe the considered Jessie and Jesslyn after already having a Jessa. I mean I do believe it, but wow. Jesslyn is okay, I much prefer Jessamine. Jessie is cute.Julie, Jodie and Jamie feel really 70s dated. But they are fine, I lkke Julie quite a bit.Janice and Janelle feel 50s.Jamelle, Jichelle and Jimelle are super terrible. Jacee reminds me of the child that was kidnapped and it looks awkward. Jacey or Jaycie are better. The name is okay.Joelle is really boring and don't they have a Joel? Maybe not. Jasmine is fine but wasn't that their dog? Jazmyne looks bad.Jayleigh and Jaylee make me think of jail, Joneal is so so bad. Jubileigh is okay as Jubilee but not my style at all. Janessa seems trendy and 70s at the same time. January is weird. Journey is okay. Jentle is bad bad bad bad bad.The middle names are okay but Makiya looks kreatyff. I like Madison and Hope. Emma would have been classic. Brooke is fine too.

Gah, it'd be bad enough to be the 20th child of a TV family, but to be named something that you know for sure your parents must not like very well - on top of that? They had to put it to a vote, pitted against "Jentle"? I mean, someone writing a satire couldn't do better than this, to make them look awful.Still and all, Julie is a really excellent name (would gmv). It's not like they will run out of decent J names. The only real limitation is their taste

What is Jody traditionally a nickname for? Josephine? Jodeen? LolJulie, Janessa, January, and, uhh, Jentle would stay on my list. Jubilee spelt correctly would too.I think I'd pick Janessa Brooke.

Julie (and Julia), Jessie, Jamie and Janelle are okay.Jesslyn and Jazmine are a bit modern but they're not that bad.Jaylee, Jacee, Journey and Janessa are too modern.Jodie, Janice and Joelle are pretty dated.Joneal? What is this name? A variant of Jonelle?I really like January, it could be used along with June, May, April and even July.Jentle is awful. I understand that their liking is J names, but this is extremely unnecessary.Jamelle is okay, it's interesting, but I prefer Jamila.Jichelle? This looks very forced. Just choose usable J names, no need to form other ones based on popular names and by replacing the first letter, it's usually bad.Jimelle is strange and looks forced as well.I like Paris, Brooke, Hope and Emma. I prefer Madison and Charity as first names. I don't like Makiya at all - just use Micaiah.Edit:I forgot about Jubileigh. I don't like it neither, it's too whimsical and displeasing, and "trendeigh", I should say. :P

Obviously they were running seriously low on j names to misspell gentle and list several names, that if I recall, were very similar to names they'd already used. I'm thinking of Jessie and jesslyn.
Also, I believe a crack was made on this board years and years ago that their dog was named Jasmine, so listing Jazmine was pretty dumb.Of course the whole list was made mainly for the purpose of the show.

See, the problem with committing to a particular theme is you paint yourself into a corner and ended up scraping the bottom of the barrel for choices you didn't even care for much because you feel obligated to... these are bottom-of-the-barrel names. I don't mind Julie but I prefer it as JuliaAnd didn't they already have a Jesse?
Edit: Jessa and Jessie... point made

Jessie is nice. January is kind of a guilty pleasure but it's super cool to me. Jessie Hope maybe.

There are precisely two names, one from each list, that I consider even slightly OK: Julie and Emma. Which I don't enjoy as a combo, but it's better than Jubileigh Makiya!

Haha, I actually agree with you. Emma Julie flows but not the other way around.
