Rowena has only ever been pronounced ro-EE-nə, in my experience; and the "wee" sound I dislike. That's actually why I added Rowenna to my PNL, because that emphasizes the short-E pronunciation.

Rowena: ɹoʊ-eɪn-ə
Rowenna: ɹoʊ-ɛn-ə

The "wen" in Rowena almost sounds like "Wayne" when I say it, while in Rowenna it rhymes with "hen".
I don't use the pronunciation listed on the site for either one, it sounds like "ween" and I think it makes the name kind of ugly.

Personally, row-en-ah. I know a town by the name of Rowena and most residents pronounce it as row-ee-nah.
