Definitely too fussy even for me, I don't really like it. It is very frilly and just a bit too much. I don't like Celeste either, Celestine etc.
That said, Celestina Pearl is sorta neat, and Celestina Olga is so unexpected I don't think I'd be mad if I saw it in real life, same for Celestina Agnes.
