Celestina Frances and Celestina Ruth are beautiful! I think it is too fussy for daily use; I had a Celeste colleague who found her name horribly sentimental and made everyone call her Sally. What she would have made of Celestina or Celestine, I dare not imagine.
A lot of your combos work well in reverse order. Amy Celestina, for instance, really shines. I quite see why you tend to go for options ending in -a, but to my non-Italian eyes and ears, they're a bit much. Celestina Louise is good; Margaret Celestina; Barbara Celestina; Rosemary Celestine?
