It looks interesting, but it also looks frilly in a way which doesn't appeal to me. It's a little too much. It feels like it needs to be streamlined somehow.

Looks a bit like a combination of Nieves, Nevaeh, and Nirvana to me. It's okay, but not my favorite.

Too close to Navarre for me to ignore - I really don't enjoy geographical names. And I also prefer a name to have just one, clear and obvious, pronunciation.
