Lester...WDYT?
Destined for the eternal circular file or worth thinking about? When I hear it, I think of jazz saxophonist Lester Young. And with the nickname Les (which I think would work, considering that Wes does), I hear Les Paul, amazing guitar-man (from Wisconsin!). However, I suspect that it's as painful sounding as Bertha to a lot of people--and reminiscent of Uncle Fester from The Addams Family (*snap, snap*). What do you all think of it?And, ah, sibling names (for the hell of it--I don't care one way or another if they "match"). Would Lester and Lyle be terribly cruel? Evening and Lester "Evey" and "Les"? Gilda Rae and Lester? Lester and Thursday?Array (currently more interested in putting together sibsets than combos, for some reason)

I love the name Lester, however the endless teasing potential is enough to put it on my "only if" list.

The "Lester the Molestor" thing is what throws me off. I've never met a Lester who hasn't heard that in his life...repeatedly. :-/ I do like the nn Les, though. Leslie nn Les is kind of cool. But Leslie and Les have teasing possibilities as well. :(

Arrgggghhhh. :DAh, well. Lester can just sit in the back of my head as kind of neat, if a bit unworkable.I'll just use Billie instead. ;)Array

Yes, to me it is as painful as Bertha, sorry. As for your sibsets-
Lester and Lyle- This is the only one that I think has a possibility of working.
Evening and Lester "Evey" and "Les"- Evening is great, I'd prefer Evie, Lester nn Les just...hurts. Sorry. See the Bertha comment :-/
Gilda Rae and Lester- I'm still getting used to Gilda Rae! But I do like it, and I don't like Lester.
Lester and Thursday- LOVE Thursday, but not Lester.Lester reminds me of pester. I'm sorry that this was so harsh, Array!
