I'd be surprised to meet one where I live. In at least two South African languages, it means House, or, more precisely, the kind of toilet housed in a separate building, away from a farmhouse, with no plumbing, just a long-drop. It is pronounced KEYEa, which if you don't pronounce the -r, rhymes with Fire.
